Returned product didn't neet it. Truck wouldn't pass inspection in New Hampshire

Did not meet automotive standards. Metal lock bolt assm made of too soft sheet metal. It stretched before it would lock downx securely. Grommets too soft, don't hold link rod in securely. General poor quality.
