This 52mm Screw-in Lens Hood is designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. The non-glare matte finish on the inside further prevents or limits lens flare. No vignetting will show with the hood on. The hood allows you to put on a Ф52mm filter and a lens cap (compatible with JJC LC-52 snap-on lens cap or Fujifilm original lens cap). With the extended lens end, you will also benefit from extra protection from accidental impact.
Note: Lens hood only. No cameras, lenses, filters, lens caps, shutter release button caps are included in package.

ツーリングの際に、XT-20にXC15-45をつけて、肩に掛けっぱなしにして持参しています。ワンハンドで気軽に撮れて良いのですが、ガソリンタンクや荷物に当たったりするのが気になっていました。このレンズフードは、ツーリングにちょうど良い大きさで、広角15ミリ側でもケラレず、金属製でしっかりしているのでレンズガードにもなります。その上、デザインも逸品で、レンズも引き立ちます。安価なのがなお嬉！！

The small size and metal durability of this hood are great. At 15mm, the XF 15-45mm lens is better served by a “petal” hood. However, the only one of those that I know to be available has a wonky means of attaching. In sum, thix hood is modtly affevtive, and is also protective - and not cumbersome.

It’s much smaller and isn’t truly a hood that is functional. I used a 15-65mm lens and it does not offer any real good lighting coverage. It’s pretty at least. Maybe if the light is at some sort of acute angle it’ll work but it’s just too shallow to offer any coverage

I'm using this on my Fuji lens. Does the bit of light-blocking, protects the front of the lens, and looks very cool while remaining very compact.

Machining quality is perfect for the price. All edges are properly deburred and the threads are smooth. Anodizing is a deep, matte black and seems thick. Works great as a finger-stop for shorter, manual legacy lenses when rotating the focus ring.

This is permanently attached to by Fujifilm 15-45mm lens. OEM lens cap works fine with this hood. Helps protect the lens. Haven't shot with it in strong sun, so not sure how well it stops flaring in extreme conditions. Works great in normal conditions.
