Why need the fuel valve?
If the snow blower is left idle for a long time, the fuel valve will age and cannot be used normally, which will cause the snow blower to not work properly. So periodically replace the fuel valve with a new one so that the snow blower can work again.

Filled the tank on my mower and it started pouring out as fast as it was going in. Here comes the "Not this now" feeling. Wasn't sure what the actual problem was so I hit the Web and found out that the part fails a lot. Thankfully it was easy to find here and as easy to install. The only issue was the time it took to get the part. Not that it took all that long. I was just impatient. I really wanted to get the lawn mowed.
