Difficult to wash, store, and use. Harder to use and to remove rice balls from than other molds. Takes up a lot of space and has a lot of grooves and crevices that make it a pain to clean. I kept it because I did not want to try to return a used item, but I got rid of it eventually and would not buy again.

But other than the occasional need to smack a straggler Onigiri out into your hand the device speeds up the creation of Onigiri and I don't have to burn myself the same way I was before when shaping my rice balls by hand. Excellent, would recommend to others.

I'm unable to eat sandwiches due to gastric distress when eating gluten, so I've substituted onigiri like expiraments.I like these because its just enough for my 2 cup rice maker and some filling.Took 2 tries to make them come out well. I take a 1/2 sheet and fold it at an angle then fill rice and fold over rest of nori.I use very very cheap rice at 5 dollars for 10 lbs so I have to use pressure and nori to make up for it. seems to work, and they're very cute.An easy enough dinner.

Awesome little product. Perfect size for a steamer cup of rice, cleans easily, and if you use nori wrappers everything comes out easily afterward. Might be tricky without the nori, but what are onigiri without nori?
