This mold does an excellent job of molding the rice.It is easy to clean and I like the fact that it is white, you are less likely to miss anything. It is important to keep in mind that the scoop and mold are textured when cleaning and drying to ensure nothing is missed.It is made with good strong material so it will last a long time. The size makes it easy to store without taking up a lot of space.I also like that it comes with a rice scoop.

I thought this mold would help me make my sushi more uniform compared to the hand rolled ones. And the mold helps compact the rice but maybe my rice has too much moisture (I just use a medium grain rice rather than sushi rice). I have to clean the mold in-between because rice sticks and messy. My sushi does not look anywhere near as good as the picture but maybe with practice, I might get better?

This mold is perfect for making nigiri or sushi style dishes.The mold is easy to use/cleaneasy to store away after it's clean.Recommend if needed.

This sushi mold definitely works making sushi. Since sushi rice is sticky, I find some rice sticking to the tray when molding. It is not a big issue. Just don't expect it looks clean like the picture suggests. The mold makes sushi just fine, but it will be a little messy. Cleaning the mold isn't difficult. Overall, it's a decent product for molding sushi.

This Onigiri Mold makes the PERFECT BITE-SIZE Pieces in just a few minutes!The directions are only photos on the box, but after reviewing a few moments, I tried it out!I place the TEN SLOTS of the mold on my countertop, put my first layer of seasoned rice into the openings, press it down with the topper, remove and add a slice of avocado, add a bit more seasoned rice, press, remove the pillar press, slide and lift the filled mold off the countertop, turn the presser over and carefully press the filled slots on to the pressor pillars... and now TEN SUSHI BITES APPEAR!Instantly, TEN PERFECT BITE-SIZED Sushi Pieces!I put a crispy nori rectangle around each piece to keep my fingers clean and enhance the taste.FAST, FUN, and EASY... I cooked rice and then mixed it with vinegar and sugarThen, put the rice on that board and add my favorite ingredients, and it's done. If it's really ready, it takes less than five minutes.It's a really fun cookware

I love this onigiri mold. It is made very well. I was concerned about keeping it clean and moisture free. The seams are clean and tight. It was very easy to clean and dry. It is a very cute gadget. You fill the mold, using the cute little rice paddle, with rice and fish then pick up the mold and align it over the base. The finish product is now a cute plate of sushi. This has made making sushi so much faster and easier. The sushi pieces come out uniform and even looks artistic on the base.
