I bought some lighter brackets and then decided I wanted to add two more. So I bought these and they don’t match the ones I had already installed. These are actually much better brackets though they do not come with screws. I had to return these in order to get ones match. Return was easy.

If you are considering these for older construction where your 2x4 is 1-5/8" wide these will not work. They work great for modern 1-1/2" wide 2x4's but just know this going into your purchase.

These 3 strap post ties are perfect for my deck project! They’re heavy-duty and fit my 4”x4” posts perfectly. The 2mm thickness gives them great strength, and the black finish looks sleek. Easy to install and very sturdy, they’ve held up well.
