The Internal Shock Absorbing Lanyard requires space for up to 6feet ( 1.8m ) of free fall with a maximum capacity up to 210lbs (100 kg) including clothing, tools, etc.
One of the Snap hooks must be connected to the dorsal D-ring of the full body harness. The opposite snap hook is to be connected to the anchorage connector.

Well made but I wish the hooks opened up more. I’m a Pipefitter by trade and crawling around or walking on pipe racks is bad enough by itself.The hooks would be perfect if they fit around a 2” pipe.They don’t so I’m finding a lanyard with safety hooks that do.Not a bad lanyard but it’s not what I need. Literally a 1/2” more on room on the gate openings and they’d be perfect.

This harness is close to the quality of many expensive ones for a much lower price, but I would not use it more than one fall. (major) Home owner use and not really for major life protection.

It does work but it is not what I would choose to protect me against a fall. It is cheap but your way better off spending the $150 for one that you know will work. The steel is thin and light low quality Chinese type steel. Not American steel. The clip mechanisms work but are not the most fluent action. The one upside is that it is very light. The downside is that it is all steel so it should be heavy if it were actually good quality steel.

This lanyard seems to be of a good quality. The hardware function very well. As far as the strength goes, I fortunately have not fell off of anything yet, so that still remains untested.
