The fabric is supposed to be 14-count is more like 15-count. My stitches ended up causing the fabric to bunch up. Also the preprinting of the pattern and the upper right corner where the colors are listed does NOT wash out. On any of them. These items are not suitable for a square frame but instead are limited to hoops. Too bad they only give you two hoops for the six items. There was more than sufficient thread to finish each product.

For school next year I am going to teach my daughter needlepoint. This set looks relatively simple. Neither of us have ever needlepoint before so the instructions do still look a little intimidating but there's not many colors on each and some look easier then others. It's a good set to learn on but my looking at the instructions I will still have to ask for help or watch a video. The quality of items is good and it has everything we need to start our new hobby.
