The user manual is a disgrace. It needs to explain in full detail. Instead it gives the minimum which leaves a user lost. The microscope may well be great, but I have no idea how to adjust the magnification.Mike Darlow

Once I figured out that it has two different batteries then I knew that I was sadly mistaken about its charging. I don’t know why I assumed that both lower and the upper section were electronically connected when they are not but it charges fine and has great features which once you use them a time or two becomes second hand. Hopefully this corrects the previous review I did earlier. Overall I recommend

This microscope is built solid. It's a good quality product. But if you are buying it for coins, the description is misleading because it will only let you capture photos of small coins in their entirety. Medium and larger coins will not fit fully even at the highest setting of the bracket. Also the LED lights on the microscope seem to leave white spots on slabbed coins. See my attached pictures so taking pictures of slabbed coins is not realistic.

I only gave this scope a 4 over all because I discovered in order for me to do circuit board repairs, I needed a scope that not only goes up and down, but I also needed one that would move forward and backward.Other than that, this scope is really excellent quality and I was pleased with the magnifying views I witnessed while trying it out.

Easy set up. Lots of features. Sent me prepared slides which are nice but wasn’t sure if they are used with the digital scope or for the traditional microscopes in my classroom. No explanation on how to use the mounted slides on the solid black platform
