The caster wheel locks on my Pit Boss PB1100PSC2 grill are rusting and hard to lock/unlock and the wheels are worn out, so I figured it was time to change them out. The description reads 3” diameter wheels so I measured mine and they are 3” diameter, so I got them figuring that they would fit. The wheels that I received are 100mm X 32mm (3.937” X 1.26”) as shown on the photos. The threaded stud was the same size as mine, just the wheel was too big. I tried them anyway but my grill looked like a squatted truck so I reinstalled the old ones. It’s too bad because they are nice heavy duty roller bearing casters with rubber wheels. I don’t know if this size will fit other models of Pit Boss grills but they are definitely too big for mine.

Great wheels whether you are using these as direct replacements or utilizing them for another project. They are precision-made and seem very durable. The locks engage easily and hold well. The bearings are good quality as well and are pretty much silent. Good, quality wheels!
