It didn't work for us..thd stone disintegrated too fast and did nothing to calcium buildup...wish we could return...worthless in my opinion.

Works well, much better than any liquid/chemical attempt. Just use this plus some gloves and elbow grease... to get off the caked-on mineral deposits. W had about 3 years of deposit on our tile!...We scrubbed with plastic bristle brush first, w/Dawn dishwashing liquid to get the first layers off (saw a YouTube video). Then to get the really tough stuff off, we used 2 of these blocks for our whole pool (water level only). Glad to have additional blocks left, for more maintenance in the future.

Haven't had time to use these on my pool tile yet, but will in the next few days. They appear to be "as advertised" and I hope they do work on my pool tile scale and buildup.UPDATE:Prior to using this product I tried "Lime-Away", I tried "TileX", I tried Muriatic Acid...none of those removed the lime and calcium buildup on my pool tile.I received these pumice stones and got into the pool and started scrubbing my tile. It took a few tiles to figure out exactly how much elbow grease was needed to be efficient, but then I got into a rhythm and started seeing results. Please note that they wear away fairly fast---but my scale buildup was 13 years worth. I managed to remove the scale and buildup on about 35% of my pool----so I ordered 4 more packages.That should complete my pool tile cleaning and leave me a package in reserve.This is the ONLY thing that has worked!And I am a happy customer!Buy this if you have some tough scale and buildup on your pool tile.IT WORKS!

They seemed to dissolve or wear away fast . Did not touch my water line on tile in pool . I've never used them before so maybe they all wear down fast an perhaps I have very stubborn water line.

This is packaged in a bag and sent in a bag. Most pieces were broken into small pieces when it arrived. When I tried using it on the pool tile the piece disintegrated completely just trying to clean a few tiles.
