Everything in this set is so well made! The swimming goggles and cap are hands-down the best I've used. The goggles come with a great case to keep them protected. They offer a wider view than most I've seen. And they look kind of cool because they have a mirrored tint to them. They also fit extremely well due to the way they are shaped and the silicone all around.The cap fits on easily. Not like old fashioned caps that tend to pull hair. I haven't used the hand paddles yet, but they are made well.

I am so happy with everything. The cap is easy to put on and is very comfortable to wear. The googles are wonderful! They have ear plugs that are so small but very effective. I wore the googles for about 45 minutes and they never filled up with water or fogged up. The paddles are fun, stay on my hands comfortably, and are a great workout. The googles case is really nice with the twist to lock and unlock. Great fun and very helpful.
