É de bom material e o tamanho é excelente para treinar força nas braçadas na natação. A única é que, às vezes, quando não consigo a posição correta da mão, a resistência da água acaba tirando o elástico de fixação do lugar e é necessário parar para reajustar.

I worked with a Personal Trainer that is very passionate about working with People with Parkinson’s. She is a outstanding trainer!!She taught me water aerobics but at a intense level. One of the piece of equipment she used was the Speedo Push Plate Sculptor.So I bought one to use.I work out for an hour including using this item. I do the exercises she recommended for the push plate. For 3 to 5 hours after my workout I don’t feel like I have Parkinson’s. It is worth the investment to feel Parkinson’s for a while.

I tried 5 suits in one purchase and this was the cutest by far and it seemed well made. Only returned because the straps dug into my shoulders. Not ideal for sports but very cute and flattering.

I needed more resistance than my little foam weights provide in the water and this does the trick. My arms and shoulders are a little sore but in a good way and I worked out my abs better in the pool. It feels like I actually worked out like I was in the gym.

I love this product but when I received it, it only came as one. So I had to order another one. The description should be a little more helpful in the specs. It’s not on the box it comes in either. Other than that Great Product. I love it for water aerobics. Great resistance.

I use this in aqua aerobics. Overall it works fine but the sides feel a bit thin and uncomfortable to hold.

I searched for the Speedo Unisex Swim Training Pushplate, which apparently has been replaced with this product. It's inferior by comparison having a cheap, flimsy feel. It is not comfortable when grasping either the side handles or the middle bar. I hope the Speedo Unisex Swim Training Pushplate will become available again

Purchased to train an older adult in a pool setting. Gives you a wide array of exercises to do in the water. Pushing,pulling, rotational. Would be nice to have a dvd of exercises. Not many things like it on the market- hence the higher price. I would like to see these for $15/ea I paid $60 for the pair. If this wasn’t in a professional setting I would have used tubing or other alternatives.I do rec these for the variety.

LOVE...LOVE...LOVE. Great workout. Given Covid I’ve taken to water aerobics. Someone who is familiar with water aerobics can perform more exercises than described in the box. Good resistance. Challenging.
