Your cart is empty.30-3060 is a 30mm x 60mm metric 30 series rectangular T-slot profile with six open T-slots, two on each 60mm face and one on each 30mm face. The profile is smooth, which makes it resistant to dirt and debris buildup while also being easy to clean. The 30-3060 profile is compatible with 30 series fasteners and lends itself to work spaces, machine guards and displays.

I bought this 3060 extrusion expecting to secure it to the side of my bench with 5/16" carriage bolts based on what I had read in several forums. While that might be the case for 40 series extrusions, 5/16 carriage bolts will will not fit in the 30 series.I used 1/4" carriage bolts to attach it to the bench and to make some sliding stops. The square section of 1/4" carriage bolts is not a close fit in the slot. It will bind enough to tighten a nut, but it does rotate and that means the corners of the square section will bite into the track. That's not an issue for attaching to a bench but it might be one for a sliding stop that will be loosened/tightened repeatedly. I made my sliding stops with a tongue that fits down into the slot and that helps capture the square section better so it doesn't rotate.My Kreg Automaxx clamps fit into the slot but the stud was a little too long which allowed the clamp to rock when it was tightened. I was concerned that over time this would ding up the inside of the track. The Kreg studs are too long to be tightened for a closer fit so I bought some 5/16" x 1/2" button head screws to replace the standard Kreg studs. With these I can tighten up as needed to keep the stud face roughly parallel to the track when the clamp is tightened but still loose enough to slide in the track.Pleasant surprise: Despite the "ships in 1 to 3 weeks" in the description, I had these 12 days from order date.

It's 80/20. It doesn't need a review. The only thing I can say is I am surprised how well 48" was packaged.
