This makes all the difference when mounting fixtures to siding. I had to put a new light on for the back door. This makes it so much easier to install.Good solid piece that will probably outlive me! This is a must have if you have siding.Would definitely recommend!

I needed to mount a light fixture to a location on vinyl siding that didn’t have an existing electrical box. This product made it incredibly easy to do. All I needed to do was mount the unit, pull the wire through, and hang the light fixture.I was able to spray paint the box to match the siding before mounting it. It looks great - like it’s been there all along, and provided a sturdy place to hang the new light. This thing was a real lifesaver and I’d 100% recommend it.
