This is honestly the best controller I've ever purchased, period. especially for a retro gamer like me, and it works in so many different ways. Most reviews say it feels like a modern day Genesis pad, but I'm leaning my more towards a Sega Saturn controller. First of all, it fits perfectly in my hands, and I have big hands. And secondly, the D-Pad is absolutely flawless. Great for a Sega Genesis game on the Switch, shoot em' ups, or any fighting game in general. The battery life is quite long to, I can easily go 4 days without having to charge it. The shoulder, and face buttons are awesome to. Yet another great controller from 8bitdo, but I now understand why so many people say that M30's are the best.

I bought this controller with the objective of playing the NSO sega genesis app and to have the closest experience to play with a real Sega genesis. This controller works great with the switch and also with the sega classics collection. The only caveat is that you have to remap a couple of buttons. Once that's done, you'll be more than ready.The controller feels light but well built,the buttons and the D-pad are very confortable and the extra L and R buttons work excellent with NSO menus.Great buy, great controller. I really recommend it

Küçük, hafif ve kaliteli. Çok kullanışlı. 6 düğmeli olduğu için eski 4 düğmeli den daha avantajlı oldu. Kargo da sıkıntı olmadı. Tavsiye ederim. Ek olarak; android tabletim de film izlerken kumanda gibi kullanabiliyorum. Yani bence güzel bir avantaj

Mando de muy buena calidad para emulación y juegos retro. El mando está inspirado en el mando de 6 botones de Mega Drive (inspirado, que no igual). Es bastante cómodo y trae dos botones superiores L y R aparte de los seis frontales (ABC XYZ), un botón Start y tres botones de función (de izquierda a derecha: turbo, back y home). La conexión bluetooth funciona muy bien y también se puede usar con cable USB-C.Muy importante si se usa por bluetooth: se apaga automáticamente si no está conectado por bluetooth tras 1 minuto de inactividad, o si está conectado, 15 minutos sin usarse. Bien pensado para ahorrar batería.La ergonomía es muy buena y la cruceta es cómoda para cualquier tipo de juego.

I own 2 SN30s, 2 SN30Pros, an N30, and an N30 Pro. That makes the M30 my 7th 8-bitDo controller. They make incredible controllers, better than ANY other company including Nintendo/Sony/Microsoft. This M30 is the best one yet from the controllers I've purchased from them. It has superb build quality, feels premium, and the price is great. The M30 is the definitive 6-button controller in my opinion. I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase.Some things I love about their whole line of controllers.1. Build quality so good it's better than the original controllers they emulate2. excellent functionality and button placements3. the ability to boot the device into 4 different Bluetooth modes so you can pair it to multiple devices without the need to unpair it first.4. They are built to lastIf you are looking for a controller like this DO NOT HESITATE. You won't find anything even close to this good.

After watching a few YouTube reviews for this controller I decided to give it a shot and purchase.It was worth it.The controller, itself, is comfortable in the hand. The buttons register every press without fail and the d-pad is comfortable to use.Registering it as a separate x-input and d-input device on a Win10 PC was very easy; and Win10 reconnection with the device, no matter which input style, was quick.I have used this to play emulation games, primarily, but also the more recent release of Streets of Rage 4 and BroForce. Works perfetcly across all once you do the regular configuration

EDIT 3/13/2019 - Information was incorrect, left for clarity but noted with a disclaimer. Remember to always read the manual closely kids.This this is a real blast from the past. I preferred the 3 button controller myself, but for maximum compatibility this was the correct choice. The D-pad feels as good as I remember (so it's probably better than it really was to use), the buttons are very responsive, and the overall feel is quality plastic and a modern USB Type C connection. The included cable feels like an upgrade of sturdier quality, and is black to match the controller with a rounded cable instead of flat. Works great for PC (bluetooth and wired) and android (Bluetooth) emulators in my testing, and will likely be my go to for the foreseeable future.Switch specific things of note:-EDIT: 3/13/2019: Inaccurate information, see seller comment below- The official Genesis collection for switch is my primary reason for purchasing this, however there is no remapping for controls in this version, sadly making it a mostly frustrating affair to play for certain titles. Many games are playable with only one or two buttons as the primary input, but for this game stick to the PC version if you plan to use this controller.- This works for Smash Bros Ultimate, and surprisingly competent at that. The DPad can be mapped as the left stick, though you lose fine control and will be dashing and smashing everything without tilt controls, for basic fun it's more than capable as a second controller.-EDIT: 3/13/2019: Inaccurate information, see seller comment below- The left stick mapping means that games like Tetris 99 will not function.-EDIT: 3/13/2019: Inaccurate information, see seller comment below - Additionally, while the D-input and X-input match the main face buttons to the Xbox layout, with C and Z mapping RB and LB respectively, and shoulders mapped to the triggers, the switch configuration matches the Nintendo layout physically, so A=B and X=Y which requires a little muscle memory.- Sega Ages games are the real dream for this, allowing mappable controls and are quite usable in Sonic and Phantasy Star at the very least.
