.... that was only a year old yet totally defective and failed. This drop-in plug and play Nest-Style battery fits perfectly, offers higher capacity, and came fully charged. Was about to toss the thermostat as it went blank and I already had recently installed a new battery less than a year prior. Ordered this improved version just to be certain the T-Stat was a goner, and .... as soon as I installed this everything came back on-line and is working perfectly !!!!!! Lesson learned and at a very small cost - RECOMMENDED !

I had an older Nest that I still liked, but it needed a new battery.This pack arrived quickly and it provided everything needed to work my way into the device. The replacement was relatively quick!All fixed up!
