Elevation adjustment
The DDHB includes the required hex wrench to adjust your elevation. The elevation is based upon the target movement. For example, adjusting "up" means the target moves up, not the reticle.
Windage adjustment
The DDHB windage can be adjust using the included hex wrench. As with the elevation, the windage is based upon the target movement. For example, adjusting "right" means the target moves right, not the reticle.
Fade adjustment & battery
The rotary knob serves three functions:
- Retical color selector (red or green)
- Fade adjustment (brighness)
- Battery compartment for CR2032 batter (included)
Rotary dial fade adjustment
With the rotary adjustment knob, the user can choose the brightness intensity and between red and green reticles.
The knob also contains the CR20132 battery which is included in the package for your convenience.
Set screw included for zero locking
Using the smaller hex wrench included with the package, you can set the zero lock, only if needed. *highlighted by the green circle in the right picture.
The DDHB zero set screw should only be used if the zero is not holding. If needed, you can turn it 1-2 times clockwise to further lock the zero, only if it is not holding.
The set screw should never be turned until it is "tightened". It is a free floating screw and you can risk damaging the unit if turned more than 1-2 times clocwise.
Choose between four reticle patterns
The rear switch allows the user to choose between various reticle patterns. The color options are red and green and can be chosen using the circular dial on the side

First, outstanding shipping and service from the Amazon delivery driver!! Second, this my third optic from Dagger Defense. And they have stepped their game up!!! The new optic includes: instructions, a set of allen wrenches for installation, adjustment, and removal, a lens cleaning cloth, and two 2032 batteries; all set within a very nice and sturdy portable carry case that fits nicely inside my range bag.There are more expensive optics available with more bells and whistles. However, the number of accessories included, plus the overall quality of this optic at this price? It will be a challenge to find a better deal. The optic I’m buying for my next rifle will be from Daniel Defense!!💯👍🏾

Great inexpensive red dot. I haven't experienced any issues. It was easy to mount, easy to zero and works every time I turn it on. I would purchase again without hesitation. Plus its veteran owned company, great place to spend some money in my opinion.

This deserves a 5 star review because of the value. I don't have a lot of experience in expensive optics (only 2 or 3 times with a quality red dot belonging to a friend). With optics, in general, the price is honestly indicative of quality. Higher prices equal higher quality. The returns diminish however. The difference between a $500 and a $600 red dot is smaller than the difference between a $100 and $200 optic. But this product bucks that trend. I keep it mounted on an AK and it kept a zero very solidly. Eventually my optic mount broke so I'll have to reset it. But this little guy hangs in there. It's unbelievable value. If you're only going to shoot a free times a year and you normally do less than 100 yards and you want a handle little carbine and not piss off your lady with the money you spent, buy this product.It is unfair to nitpick this rifle at it's price point unless it is about manufacturers defects or arrived broken or lack of reliability. This product does not aim to seriously compete with Trijicon, but it's a surprisingly close contest.This product holds a zero so well, I first noticed how strong my trigger reset was. I shoot off the reset with my AK, with thos optic on it. I noticed on the trigger reset, the dot moved. At first I thought I the mount was broken or loose. But no. The reticle I'd adjustable, but I keep it the really really small dot. And it is so easy to put it on a target, that the little tiny bit of force that the trigger reset has on your aim, you can see it in this optic when the reticle moves. That alone qualifies it as a winner.

I am very impressed with the quality of the Dagger Defense DDH-B Relex sight. I have this now installed on my Stag 15 AR15 5.56...It is very functional and looks great..Adds a new dimension to my rifle.I have tried many Red Dot type scopes in many price ranges and this now has set a new standard for my personal use. It is well constructed and has a positive engagement on both the on/off brightness knob. but also the four position Red and Green Dot Reticles changing switch...I had several other units from major companies where the switch was not solid and resulted in burning down batteries. It bolts evenly on your rail and comes with the tightening and windage adjusting allen wrenches along with two Lithium batteries....Easy to understand instructions and possible trouble shooting ideas !!!! Nice !!! I paid about $40 and it is way less than a quarter of what I was going to pay for something similar which I found out the hard way was ...well....Junk ! I find the adjustable brightness and the ability to choose red or green for your Dot colors is really cool. It works for me in Dusk .Daylight or Dawn light conditions.I have improved my grouping and shooting small placed targets is easier than ever.The Customer Service with this organization is second to none...I hope this helps you to be comfortable in your next purchase...I am looking at their other products now just to see what they have I need !!!! First off the reason for the Four star and not five is due to the fact that I have not used this item yet, I will update as soon as I do.This item came within two days and was well packaged in a cardboard box and foam padding around the optic it's self. Once opened I found the Optic, two batteries, a lens cleaning cloth, instructions, sticker and two Allen wrenches. The Optic was in perfect shape, had a nice finish and felt solid. The mount is attached to the Optic and does not appear to be able to be removed. Removing the battery cover I found an "O" ring installed on the cover to help keep out moisture and once a battery was installed the cover went on easy and had a tight fit with the O ring seated. I then turned it on and found the 4 Dot settings were pronounced and clear in the glass, the brightness setting worked well and I found that the highest setting was a bit much and did cause just the slightest distortion. Both green and red setting worked well, and were both very clear. The last picture shows the red dot, and was brighter in person than the camera picked up. I'll follow up with an update once I get this thing attached and off to the range to zero in. But as of now the price point on this item is fantastic for the quality I see so far, lets hope that it performs just as good as it looks.
