Build quality seems really good. It fits onto a picatinny rail well and stays secured. The optic visibility is also good. As others have noted, you'll have to remove the unit in order to change the battery, which will require re-zeroing. My issue with this is that the up/down adjustment dial is backwards from what the instructions say. I.e., down is up and up is down. So that was really frustrating at first while I zeroed this in.

I really like the Cyelee brand and have 5 of their models. This is one of their cheaper priced models for a reason. There is no bottom! The bottom of the site is open, and you can see the wafer battery that is held in place with a sticker. Once installed the bottom is either on the Picatinny mount or on your firearm so it probably doesn't make a difference when in use. But I don't like the idea that I have to remove the site to replace the battery because then you have to sight it in again. I'm still going to keep it thou

This is a good little optic. The battery lasts long and it's easy to install. I use it on my Chanik. For the price you can't go wrong with this.

I e had a few products from this company that worked pretty well. This one was didn’t work for me. Feels cheap and wouldn’t cut off after installation of battery.

Not claiming to be an expert who has tried multiple reflex or red dot sights on multiple firearms, I can only give my thoughts insofar as initial fit, function and finish, as well as features offered. Fit and finish, to my eye, leaves nothing to be desired, and I see no difference in this area than that of the higher priced units I have examined, to include the usual name brands. Function is as expected, and so far everything works. The features, which are pretty much expected on such dots these days (shake awake, etc) leave nothing to be desired. All in all, a very competent offering at a good price. It's worth a look. For what it is, what it does, and what it costs: Five StarsI am the Totally Unbiased Reviewer Dude (T.U.R.D.) and that is how I see it.

Reticle- The reticle is 3 MOA, and very bright and sharp.- Parallax does not seem to be an issue.- Dot only, not reticle or color variations.- 0.78" dot height, I was able to cowitness irons.Build Quality- Overall, the build quality seems good.- No issues or defects detected.- Solid feel, comparable to more expensive units.Battery- CR2032 battery (it comes with 2 new batteries).- Claimed 10,000 hours of battery (of course I have not tested this).- The sight needs to be removed from the weapon in order to change the battery.Adjustment and Controls- Windage and elevation are adjustable (+/- 75 MOA) using included tool.- Brightness (12 levels) is adjustable using buttons on the unit.SummaryI think this is a nice unit that is decently priced. If you want a nice red dot for airsoft that is better than the $15-30 red dots you see on Amazon, but cheaper than say a Holosun, I think this is a good middle ground. I wouldn't trust it on a defense weapon just because the brand lacks the reliability of more expensive brands. But, for airsoft or as a range toy, I think it's great. The "shake on" feature is nice. It works well and is a feature typically reserved for much more expensive units. As far as drawbacks, I'd say that the biggest one is that you need to remove the unit in order to swap the battery. If the claimed battery life is at all accurate, this won't be a huge deal, but it is still annoying to have to lose your zero just to change the battery (another reason this isn't suited for a defense weapon). The included cover doesn't stay on very well at all, and really would only function as a dust cover when the weapon is stored away.Overall, I would recommend this for just about any use that is not self-defense. It has a solid build and features typically reserved for much more expensive units.I hope you found my review helpful.

As a Professional Marksman and Competition Firearms Team Member I work with a ton of Tactical & Support Gear! Red Dots have always been one of my Favorites especially for my handguns!Right out of the Box this Red Dot is well appointed! It comes in a nice Protective Box and also has a Protective cover which you can place over your Red Dot when you're not using your gun! They also provided a couple of CR2032 Batteries, Several sizes of screws, a couple of mounting plates and a Microfiber Cloth! The actual unit itself is very nice! It's a full metal chassis which I love, the glass lens is super clear and makes acquisition of your Target Via Red Dot very quick, simple and with no effort whatsoever! In case you need to make any minute adjustments to zero your gun they provided the necessary tools in the kit as well to help you accomplish this! Finally I love the shake awake feature! Whenever you pull your gun out of your holster you can be rest assured that this Red Dot is ready andwaiting for you to set your target! In terms of overall quality and performance I have to say that the actual difference between this unit and others that are almost 8 times this price is basically that.... just the price! I don't like to mention competitors so I don't but I can say with confidence that this unit can keep up with the best of them!Based on the construction (all metal chassis), functionality, Ease of use, plenty of accessories and Value this to me is a Five Star Unit!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
