The price was was great. The product is well built and went together in minutes. Will be perfect for my needs on my Tacoma. If it fails I will update my review.

Pro:It was easy to put together. It was easy to install. To be honest I am surprised about the sturdiness. I am NOT a contractor and do not intend to use this for supporting building materials on a daily basis. I needed a place to add some LED Lights and Amateur Radio Antennas. It is probably overkill for what I am using it for, but the price was right.Con'sI thought that the enclosed hardware was under-rated for the purpose of the intend use. I Went to the hardware store and picked up larger stainless hardware to bolt this to my truck. After a couple of weeks there is rust showing up at the base inside the crevices around the welds.

Comes loose very easily. My husband lost the top part from the back rail while he was driving down the road. He has taken the entire back rack off as the bolts kept coming loose while driving.

What can I say. It works as advertised, just beware with any "universal" fit product accept the fact some reworking of the product and or modifications may be required. For my 2004 F150 I had to drill the mounting holes in at a sharp angle not perfectly perpendicular, and of the 3 preset drilling holes I could probably lump use two due to conflicts with the the frame. Fortunately I am not using the mount for anything seriously heavy and using just 2 out of the 3 mounting holes will be just fine. Recommended and this was the only single bar unit I could find on Amazon.

The base is rather wide for the lip on my 1991 Toyota pickup. But once fully assembled, it's sturdy as can be. You will need to supply your own larger Allen wrench and, if memory serves, 13mm socket on a 3/8" or 1/2" setup. I'd also recommend some sealant for where the center bar goes into the uprights.Easy to remove the entire center section with only loosening 2 bolts if you need to load tall items in your truck.

Excellent product! Couldn't be more happy. I get compliments on them all the time since they match my black truck. I highly recommend them for their rugged build, easy installation (about 10 minutes with a drill) and good looks. People are asking me where I got them and they can't believe the price. Some people are paying upwards of 7 to 8 hundred dollars for these things!!
