This is such a novel and fun way to strengthen the core. Simply utilizing this device will provide a workout and plenty of fun. The rotating core trainer allows the user to strap there feet in and go through the movements of classic gymnastics movements which are great for core, shoulders, biceps, etc. The feet lock in allowing difficult movements to be attempted with greater efficacy, granting the user opportunity to build up the muscles necessary to execute complex movements. All that physical work while having a ton of fun. Highly recommend this for the aspiring gymnast or b-boy.

Nice trainer for acrobatics and arm balance. Assembled by one adult in 10 minutes with the included hex key. Straps were a little tricky to figure out on first use, but easy once that's worked out. Nice range of motion and stayed securely on the ground during use. Good addition to home gym or dance studio.

This looked like so much fun! And I think it eventually will be. But it takes a pretty decent baseline of skills to be able to even get started with this. As newer athlete not yet able to take all of my body weight on my hands with my feet off of the floor, this wasn't much of a success. If you can do a press up from a sitting position keeping your feet off of the floor you'll probably be okay, but since I'm not there yet, I'm not fully meeting this trainer's potential. When there's any weight in my heels at all the wheels don't want to roll so it's really hard to get started and keep going. The skills gap is maybe mostly my fault. Maybe I'm just not ready for this training tool. The design itself has a couple of things that I wish were better too though. The straps to hold your feet are held in position by two metal rings that just dangle loose on the straps and they tend to slide around. Building those rings into the frame or using wider, more secure attachments some other way would make more sense. The other concern I had was that if you shift too much weight to your feet during a turnover the whole trainer can tip over with your feet still strapped into it. (happens to me when my toes are facing downward.) Some slight reworking of the design could help prevent that too. I also think a slight redesign that brings the feet a little closer to the ground could help too. Maybe recessing the wheels partway into the frame could achieve this without compromising performance. That need could depend on the height of the user somewhat, but my heels are strapped in higher off the ground than they need to be. Maybe that will help with my flexibility and strength in the long run, but it definitely makes it harder, for now, to keep all of my weight on my hands. I had high hopes for this trainer that aren't met yet, but I still see the potential. As my skill level goes up this may become more helpful.

This seemed like a nifty workout tool. It's very easy to assemble, just connect the top to the base and screw in. It rolls around fine and smoothly. The issue is the part where you set your feet continuously moves while you're just trying to get the straps on and it just never stabilizes. Whenever I try to put the straps on solo it tilts diagonally to make it impossible. It has 0 resistance to keep it from leaning and spinning. The amount of effort to get both straps on shouldn't be more difficult than the exercises this is meant to assist with. If you're a child/teen (generally small person) or have another person to assist you then you can likely get it on. But otherwise, it's not like the videos where it just stays in place while strapping in.

It was very easy to set up and put together, but it took a little bit to figure out how to actually use it. However, it is a real workout, going to be amazing for the abs and arms. I know I am going to enjoy practicing with this now that I am clear on how to use it correctly.

I competed in collegiate gymnastics. The Paris Olympics rekindled those nostalgic days of pommel horses, still rings and parallel bars.Hence, I ordered this product.

I've seen two different strap systems that help you learn different legwork flow and techniques, but they are all hundreds of dollars, and require a ton of space/high ceilings. While this does require a wide berth and compatable flooring, it's far more affordable and pretty effective. It's been fun to practice with and get you used to the motions before trying it unassisted. If your space is limited, it's a great choice, and fun to incorporate into workouts and warm-ups.
