We have the big size compost bin, and at the time I ordered these there was no easy link to find these larger size disks. But they are great and fit perfectly in the lid.

Does fine preventing odor. You might could rinse them off once but they loose the ability to stay in the lid after that. Happy with the product.

Don’t know why the reviews are saying they are thin. Mine are thicker and sturdier than the ones that originally came with my container. Extremely happy with them.

I purchased a steel compost bucket with a lid that accommodates these filters. I am so grateful that they made these, as, over the winter of 2020, we didn't take the bucket out but still had compostable material sitting inside it. So when winter was over, and we were able to walk out to our compost bin outside, we lifted off the lid to the bucket and were hit with such a putrid smell that we were surprised that these filters were able to keep the smell from escaping the bucket all winter.These filters are well worth the money if you are using a compost bucket inside.
