How do you use AC oil injector?
- Before adding any additive to the AC oil injector, the shut off valve must be off. Uscrew the end off the injector.
- Put in the desired amount of additive.
- Screw the end back on the injector.
- Connect R134A R12 F22 coupler to the injector.
- Connect other end of the injector to the low side service port on the vehicle.
- Open the valve on the injector. With refrigerant attached, fill to proper pressure.
- When finished using the injector toool, clean well by using brake cleaner.
Notice :
When injecting dye into a pressurized system, always wear safety glasses and glove! Never breathe refrigerant vapor!

Doesn’t work. Threads are horribly gritty and just constantly tear itself apart. Too large. And like I said. Schrader valves don’t work.

Decent oil injector that holds about 2 oz and has multiple attachments to be able to use on YF or 134a systems. Works well no complaints.

This thing not only leaked everywhere, it sprayed oil when it was disconnected because there is no valve to close off the oil from the line. None of the fittings wanted to go together. Just a mess.

These are genius in their simplicity. You unscrew the cap at the discharge end, unscrew the tube to the volume you need, put oil and dye in the tube, screw on the cap, attach it to the charging port, and start screwing down the big knob on the tube. You screwing down the tube forces the fluid into the A/C system. It takes the hard effort out of getting oil and dye into the system. The manufacturing is very good. I tried to screw down the tube with just air in it and it got nearly impossible to do since there was nowhere for the air to go. The sealing is obviously very good on this unit. A very necessary tool for system repair and maintenance and at a good price.

It makes an important job easier and does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend it any serious mechanic. It certainly worth the money. It is well made and comes with the important accessories that you need.
