How to accurately measure the head circumference with a tape measure？
- Look for the brow arches of the baby's two eyebrows;

How to accurately measure waist circumference with a tape measure？

This pretty little measuring tape nicely fits into a purse. I use it to measure clothing that I can’t try on and it has cut down on my returns. The retraction is vigorous which means that there is no tangled tape in my purse.To summarize: this tape is small, convenient, and pretty.
