This is a great turntable tool at a good price. Not only does it calibrate cartridge alignment, but the flip side may be used to test the anti-skate of the turntable.

Anyone that has a turntable needs to have one of the Alignment Disks. I call it a disk because of how it reminds me of a vinyl record in shape, just with the alignment tools to dial in the cartridge measurements needed to safely play your vinyl. If your turntable is calibrated correctly, both pressure and tracking force will be spot on. It really is a must have to save wear an tear of your vinyl and cartridge... not to mention the quality of the sound from your vinyl.

I got to tell you, I’m no aficionado on turn tables but after using this acrylic stylus calibrator I became one! I had no idea that a perfectly balanced stylus will give you much more acoustical detail out of a record. Forget MP3 musical format, Hi fidelity and full audio spectrum from a record player will convert you!

Up until recently I’ve been too cheap to pay for something like this instead opting to print one off the Internet. I can say now though this was definitely worth the cost. I feel like my cartridge is perfectly aligned and tracking better than ever. Granted I switched back from a Rega Ania to a Denon DL-110 and the Denon is the better tracker. With that said I know that it’s never been aligned this well.

Easily let me mount and align cartridge on all my turntables. When you spend good money on cartridges you better be able to set it up. Love the blank side for anti-skate. All my setups never sounded better!
