Each Registered Service Dog ID Card is made from heavy duty plastic, the same as most state issued ID cards. A professional resin thermal encoder machine is used in printing the ID to create a professional looking, durable and long lasting card. The card is laminated on both sides for extra durability.
You will also receive a FREE entry to our online registry database which can be validated from any smart phone, tablet, or computer.
Front of the ID: Our Identification cards provide all the information needed for your Service Dog. It's easy to read, high quality, and laminated.
Back of the ID: Service Dog IDs will have the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) information on the back of the ID. This information addresses your rights and protects your full access required by law to public buildings.

Flimzier and cheaper-looking than I expected, but has the necessary info. You get a registration number too. I like being able to clip it to his stroller.....I ordered the tags for his collar and harness as well. He's a 'Cardiac Alert Service Dog', so it's not immediately obvious as if he were a seeing-eye dog.

Even though you don't legally need to show proof, this is perfect! It's bright enough to be seen, light enough to clip to leash, protects I.D., and even has a secure, zippered pocket on the back!

It truly annoys me, but if you read the law for service dogs in the United States, it says word for word you do not have to have a jacket, any sort of paperwork, or anything to have your dog with you. They do have to be under leash direct control and well-behaved. That would be the only reason a store could kick you out.What annoys me about that is that people think that you have to have some sort of paperwork in order for the dog to be legally a Service dog.Legally, they are only Able to ask two questions:Is your dog a service dog?What service do they perform for you?Legally, they are not allowed to ask you anything else.We purchased this ID because my daughter is very shy and people keep asking her and it freaks her out. She has autism and doesn’t like being confronted. That’s one of the reasons why we have the service dog in first place!!Hopefully this will eliminate this problem. People’s employers need to do their homework, train their staff, especially in retail service profession.

I received this ID card today. It is fully laminated and looks very official. I dont anticipate that myself or my pup would be questioned about service dog status if they saw this ID. I attached this card in its pouch it came with to my dogs vest. It contains a Pic of my pup, her info, my info, and ID registration number. I'm very pleased with this purchase especially for the price. This company sells several products for service dogs, and other working dogs. I highly recommend.

I just received my service animal badge and had to leave a review! In terms of overall quality, I am very pleased! The customization on Amazon was easy to follow.
