I bought one similar to this, to support a 20 ft antenna. This second one is going to support the main pipe at a height 3 ft higher. It has a solid feel. This one is designed to hold an even larger pipe than the 1 1 /4 galv pipe I use. I had trouble keeping the tightening screws perpendicular to the pipe, because of how far it was from the bracket, to the pipe. Once they get seated at perpendicular, it becomes solid. If it isnt perpindicular, the 3 tightening screws can kind of glance off the side of the pipe, and not tighten securely.I put my turnbuckles down near the ground, where I can easily tighten them. The ad pictures show the turnbuckles at top. The cable will stretch. You will have to tighten the turnbuckles and maybe reclamp the tiller clamps, to keep it tight. My cables had to be tightened 5 or 6 times, over 2 years, before they stopped stretching. Put your turnbuckles near the ground so you can tighten them safely. Why climb to the top of the antenna to tighten the guy wires?
