The product is solid, with the potential for year of use as long as the user removes the attachment in-between uses, since the only real security feature a long Pin which run down the middle. It does adjust easy and smooth for height the user requires, and the noise is less from the rubber damper creates a tight fitment and great stability.. The overall value is there, but the finish after one use similar to other products with less of a price tag.

I like how easily this trailer hitch is adjusted. I tow many different trailers and this set-up works great for me.It is also quite with the adjustable tensioning system and looks good.

I chose this hitch because it looked good and seemed like a solid hitch. The overall structural components do seem very solid. I like the center pin, it makes it easy to rotate which ball you need to use. My big issue and the reason I gave this 3 stars is the rust that came after a days worth of use. There are many spots where welds were made that instantly rusted, even if it was painted. The center pin is rusting. After pulling a trailer once the coating on the ball is gone and then rust appeared, I figured this would happen at some point but not after one use. Good hitch but the rusting areas ruin the look and eventually can cause issues.

I have a 3in hitch with adapters to fit 2inch. I wanted this to be used on both my trucks. Solid built. Heavy. I was shocked when I picked it up. Almost 38 pounds. This should last for years. Wish it had a way to lock the ball part on the truck. Pull the top pin and secure it inside. Best suggestion on securing it.
