When you try to tension the band it does not stay in place, it needs to lock.

The helmet does not work properly as the front of it needs special pads for the metal pieces to mount into. Otherwise the liner is loose in the front and the helmet just comes off. It needs these special pads however you can't find these special pads anywhere on Amazon. You can't take the metal pieces off to use screws, as they are permanently attached. The liner would be great if you have the pieces you need. But unfortunately, no one sells the individual pads that I can find.

Substandered, was all mashed up on arrival, does not fit mich like advertized.

This is not for an ACH, CVC or any other type of military helmet. When I receive it the item was folded in half and the front main plastic was cracked in half. I have no use for it even if it wasn’t broken. The company did reimburse me so the head strap is junk but the company is easy to work with
