It worked great. Just a couple of squeezes of the bottle and my key glides into my door lock like hot knife through butter. As some people warned, it can be a bit messy. The substance is a very fine black powder. I wrapped a moist paper towel around the tip so that it wouldn't spray the powder everywhere. In general that worked pretty well.

Wear gloves when using and be careful as it goes everywhere, but it works well.

This product worked on my door lock as I expected. However, I would give this advice, that pertains to this product and others of its type. After you cut the tip off, put the product in a plastic bag, seal it over the door knob with one hand and squeeze the tube into the lock with the other. Otherwise, you may be wearing graphite. This is not the fault of the manufacturer, just a characteristic of the type of product.

Product works fine but graphite is messy. The package I received appeared to be fully intact blister pack but there was a fine dusting of graphite inside the blister and all over the tube. The tip of the tube did not appear to have been cut but it was also not sealed so even with the cap on some of the fine dust had worked its way out of the tube. Rather than being messy after a few uses, this was messy as soon as I received it.
