Why use higher DC Voltage?
Higher DC voltage increases the efficiency of your system. If using batteries with your AIMS Power hybrid inverter the DC voltage must be between 100 and 495 Volts DC.

Are batteries and / or solar panels required with this hybrid inverter?
No. Both batteries and solar panels are optional. Solar panels help you produce power, and a battery bank can provide you with stored power for emergency back up or use at night. Your system can be customized to fit your unique application.

Are these units stackable? How many can be stacked?
Yes, you can stack up to 6 units to increase your input and output capacity.

What should I do if using lithium batteries from a different manufacturer?
AIMS Power hybrid models are preprogrammed to work with the specs of the AIMS Power lithium battery cabinets. Other manufacturers may have different settings and would need to be reprogrammed to charge correctly. Contact AIMS for more information.
