Thought it was gunna be a piece of junk when I got it so cheap... and a refurbished one at that! But this thing is freaking awesome! Turned it on and put it in the water and it took off like a missle! We named ours Steve Erwin the Stingray. RIP. Easy to take apart and clean off with the hose. Charges very fast. Battery life is pretty good. I'm prepping for summer so he works non stop. I let him do one lap before he stops. Clean it and put him back in. It'll do about ½ of another lap before needing to charge. 19' circle pool.

Works just as well as my first aiper which was brand new. Can the battery be replaced?

Device worked fine for two months. Then it stopped working all together and just flashed red lights. I called customer support. They told me it was under warranty and they would ship me another device immediately and they would provide me shipping info an address to ship mine back via email. I never received the email with shipping instructions and return authorization. I reached back out via email and was told I would have to ship mine back before they would ship me a replacement and they did not provide me a shipping number or address. I am willing to update this Review if the company makes this righ.

Well, if it just went slower, it would be fantastic. I use it in a round pool. It gets stuck occasionally, but it's not too bad at first. It looks like it’s just swirling everything into the air as it zoomed past everything too quickly to pick anything up. Still, it does run for two hours, and every time I walk back to the pool, most of the debris has been picked up; a really good job picking up sand, really good job picking up sand I have a patio around my pool. I didn’t even notice the sand in the pool when I’m in the pool, but apparently it’s there. It would be so much better if it just went slower and it will not pick up any. really not understanding the point in this product because when you lift it out of the pool when it’s finished it releases all the dirt it sucked up into the pool. it’s done this several times.

Good idea. Meant for flat bottom but still works in my small inground pool. I have to help it up the slope, which is not a problem, let it do its thing, then it goes to the deeper end and does a great job around the drains. Definitely beats wrestling with the hose and vacuum on a pole. My cat loves to watch it.
