I've been using this pad to work on ankle strength and balance. good pad under knees during kettlebell workout. there are probably cheaper pads, but I have no doubt this one will retain its shape and last a very long time.

It is just like the one I use in fitness class. I use it to boost the height of my chair. Pricy but excellent quality. I plan to also use it on my own to stand on for balance work. It includes suggested exercises.

This Airex Phone balance pad is an excellent size. It’s great to do physical therapy and balance exercises on. It holds up well excellent quality.

I use this to sit on as it makes it easier to stand up. It is very firm which helps me. I usually put a conventional cushion on top.

I was lucky that the pad itself wasn't damaged in the shipping process the way it arrived. And, because the seller is not Amazon, there isn't a good way to communicate that to the seller since I don't want to return it.After using a similar pad in physical therapy, I decided I should get one for home. The product itself is great, but the packaging wasn't sufficient. The product box arrived in a large plastic bag packaging. After removing it, I began to see punctures and dents all over the box, and the box fell open when turned.The pad itself appears unscathed, thankfully, a testament to its quality and what it can withstand. I'm looking forward to using it, and really wish that the box were in better condition, because I would have liked to store it in its box.Anyway, just hoping someone will see this and rectify the way this product ships.
