This pad is not the same quality you would get from a medical supply company. The corners are square instead of rounded and much higher than normal making heel raises difficult due to flipping. Will be returningNeed to update the picture for true representation.

edges are much different than the one listed on amazon. i also tried this at my physios office first and thought i was buying the same pad. looks like the manufacturing process has changed and amazon has failed to update that

Product was exactly as described, and arrived slightly sooner than expected. A curious note: the silver thera-band smells much better than the yellow/red/blue/green/black thera-bands. But admittedly, the deciding factor for which color you choose should be the amount of resistance you require, not the smell.

Arrived in good time. Roughly cut. Good resistance level. Male intermediate lifters: I wouldn't recommend anything less than this if you are looking for something to warm up shoulders, rotator cuffs etc.
