Easy Peazy. Charge it up and use. Didn't even have to read the instructions. Great value!Addendum: Do not try on a loaf of bread unless you're partial to flat bread of the Na'an or Pita variety.

just got it today,look great but the bags that came with it are all the same size(large).I will be calling on Monday to let know and see what they do
