How to use the regular mouth mason jar vacuum?
Please select the regular mouth mason jar lid, align the electric mason jar sealer with the jar mouth and press down horizontally. Click the button to work, wait about 30 seconds and clicking the button again closes the sealer.
How to use the wide mouth mason jar vacuum?
Unlock the regular mouth sealer from the main unit and you can use the wide mouth mason jar vacuum direct. Align the electric mason jar sealer with the jar mouth and press down horizontally. Click the button to work.
Tips:
1. To ensure a good seal, do not overfill the Mason jars with liquid food and make sure the lids and jar opening are dry.
2. Too much liquid will cause too little difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the jar, resulting in a failure to seal properly.
3. Please note that frequent use may cause the silicone ring inside the mason jar vacuum sealer to become dislocated and the seal to fail. Please manually adjust it to its original position before use.

This sealer works great for my dry beans, I will be trying it for my powder mixes like pancake mixes and such. I'm really glad I bought it.

This Wizcave Electric Jar Sealer is fantastic! Traditional methods by hand have always left a little to be desired. The seal was not quite 100% or had another deficiency that defeated the mission to preserve valuable veggies, assorted dry foods, and completed recipes. No longer the case. Wizcave has produced a sealer that takes the worry out of whether my goods will be fully protected after a period in storage, and when I really need them! Complete with easy to read digital readouts, seal tops, and attachable markings, this vacuum sealant system is a perfect kitchen companion for food storage! And, I paid a pittance to own it! 100% recommend, everybody, and big Thank You to Wizcave for bringing canning into the 21st Century for me!
