I have had this vacuum for 1 year now and it's the best one so far. I have had now, 5 or 6 robot vacuums and most didn't last one year. And most vacuum I bought were around the $200 mark. This one works every day at 1pm for a full year, and it seems to be doing just as good as a job as it did on day 1. It stop at steps avoiding a fall, cleans well and the only thing I did was replace the battery at one year. Love my robot vacuum.

Dumb, and I’ve had it for a while. You can’t select any area not to mop so if you have any rugs you’ll have to move all your furniture, roll them up, and put them away. The robot doesnt map ever, meaning it forgets the layout of your rooms immediately. Every time you turn it on it’s a groundhogs day of bumping into everything. It easily gets stuck and can’t get out of the most simple situations. The vacuum also fills up quickly and doesn’t suction well so you have to pause it to dump everything and clean the bristles during sessions if you want anything to be remotely clean. Just save up for a better robo vacuum, this one is more trouble than it’s worth.

I tried it for a while, it’s not the worst, the good - it cleans (vacuums and mops)- price is great (paid $120 after discounts)- it has a long run time- cleans big surfaces and methodically.- it has 2 dirt collecting spin brushes which is better than others robo - vacuums that use only one to collect dirt.The bad:- not enough cleaning, you need to keep washing or replacing its pad if you really want a great result.- cleaning the inside compartment for hairs / dust is the worse,it’s not as easy as cleaning rumba (vacuum) which I have and happy with, and it gets really disgusting especially when it’s on the vacuum and mop function, meaning when you fill the water tank. (TBH, I don’t know if rumba wash n vacuum has the same thing because I don’t have the combo device)- water tank is smallAgain - I can’t compare.- it’s noisy but I’m used to that with rumba- the language kept changing by itself without me touching it. (Now I know how to say error 75 in German too )- the app supposably marks where did it go inside the house, it doesn’t reflect reality.- it never went back to charge itself alone I always had to take it.- it talks way too much … (tells you the same warning 3-4 times at once)I finally gave up on it as results were less and less impressive.I gave it 4 stars because value for money it’s still a good deal but I’m probably going to invest $100 more and try a different brand.

Worked very well for the first month. I used it religiously every night with my cleanup routine at bedtime. After about a month the mop module of it stopped working and all of the water would stay inside. I’ve tried to let it dry out for about 48 hrs and still doesn’t work. I wish I would’ve contacted manufacturer but I kept procrastinating on it. The mapping of it is very inaccurate and gets stuck in a lot of places.**** UPDATED REVIEW****After I posted my initial review the seller immediately contacted me to resolve any issues I was having and we both came up with a resolution that worked out for the both of us. Though the product didn’t meet my expectations initially the seller made it possible to try and fix my issues so that I would be a little more satisfied.
