I thought it worked perfectly for what I needed.At first, I thought the pieces might come out a little small, but they were perfect.This device allows you to pack it in, in a consistent shape, where it won't fall apart. Then I laid the salmon on top and did a final pack with my hands and everything held together nicely. I was very pleased.

My children have asked me to pack them some sushi for lunch. I was looking for a sushi maker to ease my job. I was happy to find this product. It is made in Japan! Good quality. Super easy to clean by hand wash. My kids also had fun to make sushi too.

I was making individual spicy salmon nigiri. Using this saved so much time and made sushi/sashimi night so much easier to prepare for. 4 star for ease of use because it doesn't always come out easily.

My son said its cheating but for me the ability to make multiple nigiri without learning to roll them with your hands was worth it. This comes from Japan, and I bet Japanese housewives agree. Nothing to it but it's made of strong plastic and will give years of perfect little nigiri. You start out with the top on a flat surface fill the holes with rice put you fish on and then put one part over the other and your nigiri pops up.

Qui mieux que les japonais pour inventer un objet aussi simple et pratique d'utilisation ? ;)Après un délai assez long pour recevoir l'objet (il est expédié du japon) c'est avec empressement que j'ai voulu tester ce moule à nigiri sushis.Déjà le packaging est dans le ton : coloré et dynamique, il est digne des meilleurs mangas.A l'utilisation on constate que le riz ne colle pas (il faut mouiller un peu entre chaque série de sushi bien sûr) et surtout qu'ils ont la taille idéale pour une bouchée, pas trop grosse contrairement à d'autres moules que j'ai pu utiliser auparavant.Le plastique à l'air de bonne qualité. Il est noté qu'il passe au lave-vaisselle. Il y est passé 2 fois pour ma part et il n'a pas bougé.Je suis vraiment content de mon achat !Ps : la petite attention, il y avait dans mon colis un petit origami de grue dans le colis.
