The back of this unit has an area about 2 inches square that sticks out about 1". If you cannot provide for this projection, do not purchase this unit. Otherwise it seems to be well made.

This button was easy to install while replacing an old push button for the garage door. No bells and whistles for this thing, which is part of the ease of install. It does have a solid click when you push it, which assures me I that I have pressed it hard enough to engage the door. No double or triple slapping it like I had to do with my previous button! Added bonus, the key design on the front is cute.

This switch provides a perfect solution to any situation needing a weather tight outdoor momentary switch. Far more decorative than a doorbell button and is definitely more weather tight. Good value.

This pushbutton was an improvement to the alternate means of closing my garage door. I cut a square hole in the side of a single gang plastic electric box to make it easier to mount. Works great.

I've had this up for about 3 weeks now and it is working just fine. I installed it outside under a protective cover close to the gate. I use it for opening and closing the gate when I'm outside walking around the house and don't want to have to climb in my vehicle to use the normal gate remote controller. Its a nice, inexpensive way to get the gate opened. The button is large and easy to use. It allows me the ability to stop the gate at whatever point I want and then close it back from that position. Pretty handy!
