I really like these, not a lot of paper in them but made well. I like the way they look. Good for small journaling, which was my goal when I bought them

I have a leather case for these notebooks and I use it for traveling on one side lined paper and the other blank for drawing. I will swap these for a different country that I visit. The are low weight and easily portable. The paper is of the weight and quality I can use my fountain pen. Great value for the cost.

Pages are hard to tear out without messing up the binding but they're cheap and durable.

With the paper weight listed, what I received was not what I expected. It is far better. I’ve been using dot grid notebooks with paper rated at 120 to 150 weight.I haven’t tried some of my more intense markers yet. I’ve been too busy putting my new Bullet Journal together. However, so far my more standard Staedtler fineliners do great. There was no bleeding or ghosting with this paper. When I decided to bite the bullet and buy a traveler journal cover, I scoured Amazon as well as all over the internet for A5 replacement inserts that were dot grid as well as having that 120-150 paper weight. This was the only one I found that even came close. I was really hoping my prior experiences with the 100 weight papers would be minimal. So, I have now discovered there is more to paper quality than weight.I love the covers. They remind me of the old days when we used the paper grocery bags for book covers. Now for the con, and I only have one con. The dots are so light, they can be hard for old eyes to see. I do prefer this to the ultra bright dots some notebooks have.I’ve found that it is a fine line between too bright and too light. So while I see this as a con, it’s not one to stop me from buying this again.

These notebooks are convenient and fit inside my bags and totes without any bulk. The cover is sturdy enough for my purposes and it's handy for notes and sketches. I'll buy them again. The price is reasonable and a good value.

Great little pocket notebooks. Can go in the shred bin as there are no metal binding.

Sturdy. Nice paper doesn’t bleed or smear. Great value. Lives in my back pocket for a month and holds up fine. Covers are cute raw paper bag brown. Dots are perfect for graphing or just writing without heavy lines. Would buy them by the dozen

These notebooks oughta be at the top of the search algorithm. I picked these because they came at a very competitive price and had good reviews. I can't really compare them with the other similar items but I can say these are great for what they are and are better than expected. The most important aspect is writing! I immediately tried out my wettest fountain pen, a Pilot custom 912 with FA tip. This pen happens to be notorious for how picky it is about paper. The pen wrote really well with iroshizuku ink, better than it does on my Rhodia dot-pad. No hard starts. no feathering or any kind of bad artifacts and in fact you can't see the rather thick and heavy line from the other side of the leaf and there is absolutely no bleed-through.The thing seems well built and has a nice feel. I imagine it will hold up just fine in my pocket. I like that there is no bulky spine such as a spiral and sewn binding is much classier than staples. I'll let you know if a problem develops but in the meantime I can tell you I am very pleased with this purchase and I'm going to see if the maker offers any other varieties of notebooks and paper.
