There are a total of 400 message sets per book, and each set contains four forms. Each TOPS Phone Message Book features a 2-part carbonless format with a white, canary paper sequence to provide an extra copy of all notes written. Each book measures 8.06 x 11 inches and features a traditional pink message area and a secure, flexible spiral binding which allows the book to lay flat when open for easy note-taking. Spiral-bound book provides a permanent record of every important message. Message forms are perforated and printed in blue and red ink. Each page has four carbonless message forms. Two-part forms include a pink original and canary duplicate. Message book has 400 sets and a notes section on the flipside for longer messages. Detached size is 5-1/2" x 3-7/8".

You have to use these from the outside in. There is no way to tear out the message square by the spiral and leave the outside ones. Also, there is no glue on the back of any of these. They are a good size for writing messages.

This is a must have for any office! I love being able to take messages and leave them for people. This product makes communication so much easier to track and use.

This message pad works great for working at home during COVID. Very large pad, so you can rest your wrist, as you write. Quality and price hard to beat!

I know we all have email today and send messages this way to our co-workers. However, sometimes it is nice to have a piece of paper to put in your pocket and remind you of a person, a number, and address, etc. At work I used both methods but still like writing messages for my boss and co-workers. Occasionally, I look back at the carbon copy and retrieve a phone number or address of a resident; this has come in very handy. The message pads are easy to use and tear apart on the perforations without error. Thanks TOPS for continuing to make a great product!
