These are very high quality. I use them daily at my restaurant. They can stand up to high heat, cook food evenly, and when deglazed appropriately wipe clean with ease. If you are thinking of purchasing a set as a home cook or as an addition to your kitchen arsenal, look no further. I use them more than I use my Le Creuset, and you can take that to the bank.

I'm not a pro chef but I'm extremely detail oriented when it comes to cooking. I spent weeks deciding between All-Clad and Made-In. I'm glad I chose the first one. The engineering of a 3-ply pan is far more advanced than a 5-ply one. Less is more.

I had to replace all my Calphalon pots and pans as I switched to induction. These are the best pans I have ever had. Very light, they don’t warp, they heat up super fast on induction, and they are a joy to clean. For baked on stuff I simply let it sit with water in for a little while and then it’s super easy to clean with soapy water or a little bartenders friend to make it shiny again. Very happy customer

At first i was happy with the quality. And for nearly all the included Pans and Pots i still am.But after not even amonth the 10" Skillet severly deformed. It started to wobble and one side of it would always me like 3mm away from the stove top.I never heated it beond medium temp. And i did not use it in the Oven or shocked it with cold water.I propably was just very unlucky. But that doesnt change the fact that i had to send it back broken.

This All-Clad Cookware Set is an outstanding choice for anyone that loves to cook. This set is awesome, and offers exceptional durability due to its construction. They have a quick and even heat distribution, which significantly improves cooking performance for things like searing and browning.Being able handle temperatures up to 600°F, makes them suitable for use in the oven which I’ve done for Cinnamon rolls. The set is also relatively easy to clean, with most food residues coming off easily with a bit of soaking and scrubbing, and their dishwasher safe. I still use vinegar and baking soda after each use to shine them back up.In addition to its practical benefits, the polished stainless steel finish adds a sleek, professional look to any kitchen. Although this set is a significant investment, the durability, performance, and aesthetic appeal make it well worth the price, ensuring it will be a valuable addition to the kitchen.

I had high hopes for this sauté pan, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After just four uses, the pan has warped significantly, rendering it unusable. I followed all the care instructions diligently, but still encountered this issue. I expected better quality, especially for the price. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this pan based on my experience.

I love this set! This is my first dip into expensive cookware. I have been cooking up a storm in these pans! If you’ve been looking around for reviews on this set, you probably have been seeing people saying “don’t buy a set, but prices individually” because certain pans won’t get used. Well, I have been using every single piece of my set. It was an amazing deal! It’s nice to have the consistency of heat and performance with the pans.Once you get a handle on the learning curve when switching to stainless, you get optimal browning and heat. They all clean up easy too! I might have to let a pan sit with warm water and soap, but they always end up wiping clean no matter how burnt on some stuff might get! It’s amazing to be able to clean the pan by making a sauce with the fond while cooking.I can’t recommend the pans enough, they have upped my cooking game significantly. They’re beautiful, sturdy, and high quality cookware that I will probably outlive me as long as it’s taken care of. You get what you pay for!

Quality you can feel. Wow this 10 piece D3 set is stunning to look at and phenomenal to cook with, Its true about the fond you get after searing/frying you attain to make fantastic gravy's. We splurged after buying a new induction range so we could see what all the fuss was about, and my wife and I are very happy with both the precise control of temperature you get with these D3 pans/pots and the heft and thickness. along with the incredibly quick heat up time of the new Induction range, both as a combo are a dream. Clean up is easy, but the first few times I was worried as the fond and bottoms accumulate alot of discolouration after cooking, but it all comes off very easily under hot water and dish soap with a sponge. We would highly recommend this set.

These pans are great, although sometimes I do wonder if they are worth the maintenance. I would probably give them 4.5 stars if I could.Pros:- They cook really well. They distribute heat very evenly and are great for browning meats and deglazing. They feel solid and are just nice to cook with. Definitely top of the line in this regard.- American-made, if that is important to you.Cons:- Expensive. Costco has a set that looks just like these for a fraction of the price. I have no doubt that these will perform better when cooking, but I am not sure by how much.- Hard to clean. If you are a clean freak like me and think you'll just be able to wash these with soap and water and be done, you're in for a rude awakening. You need to use Barkeeper's Friend, which is a stainless steel cleaner that comes in a powder form. I hit them with that stuff at least every other time I wash them, otherwise you'll get discolorations, water marks, and stains over time. You also can't let them air dry, because, again, you will get ugly water marks.I do throw my pots/pans in the dishwasher regularly, and I think they have lost some of their shine, but I don't really care. They still look great when I keep up with using the stainless steel cleaner. Some people have said they are not dishwasher safe. All-Clad says they are definitely dishwasher safe, but will lose their brilliance over time when washed in the dishwasher.- Lids are not heavy enough. They aren't flimsy, but they are very light. You can't cook rice in these pots without weighing down the lid, which is pretty dumb. I don't know why you would ever want such a light lid.- The pans are pretty small. If you want to cook a meal for a bunch of people, you're not going to be able to do it in these pans. It feels kind of crazy to spend $700 on this set, and then have to spend another $200 on a decent-sized frying pan. If you're usually cooking for one or two people this won't be an issue though.Overall: I am happy with them, but they're not perfect. I'd probably recommend just buying a set at Costco unless you make a lot of money or just really want to make the investment.
