I have a bit of a soft-spot for cast iron cookware, so when I saw the all-clad offering I had to give it a shot. First, although I was a bit hesitant since it's made in Vietnam, the quality is definitely what we've come to expect from All-Clad. Excellent finish, enamel job is excellent, handles and grip solid and well placed. The inside is no different. Well made and finished. As for capacity is big enough to cook a medium-size quartered chicken; and capable of meat stew for 4, per my testing.Overall, although at an elevated price point relative to other brands, you are paying for all-clad quality and warranty and well worth it.

This braises pan is fantastic. I cooked multiple dishes in it, including orzo/Brussel sprouts pilaf, Philly cheese steak mixture, and sauted vegetables. It performed well with everything. It cooks well on low, but you can crank up the heat to high too. It is mid size pot, so perfect for side dishes for family for one meal. Clean up is a breeze. I have several cast iron and enameled cast iron pots of varying sizes, and this one became one of my favorites.

This pan is wonderful! I find myself using it all the time. For everything from a roast to a quesadilla. Its super easy to use, even easier to clean. Great pan, incredibly versatile. Love having it in my kitchen

Said to be good for braising, frying, sautรฉing, and baking. My wife made an orzo dish, and it worked great. Easy cleanup afterword too. This pan/pot can handle pretty intense heat, so no concerns about getting it too hot. Unfortunately, there was a flaw on the inside of ours. It didnโt seem to impact the performance while cooking, but hoping it doesnโt flake off into a bigger spot.We kept the sturdy box to use for storage.

I've used All-clad for decades and cannot say enough good things about their products. This one is well-built but light enough to maneuver around. I have no doubt this pan will be handed down to generations to come.
