Just replaced a 20-year old All-Clad griddle just like it with this new one. The last one was great…gave it to someone who needed one so it’s functionally still working well.

I'm sure this may be a lovely griddle but it does not work with induction stoves, which all of the other HA1 line works with. Not sure why this is a part of the HA1 line if it is different from the others of that line. Unfortunately, I am now the proud owner of a expensive griddle I cannot use and still have to find one that works with induction, and if you'll notice, these are not cheap, and I am not able to return as I am out of the return window. I guess no more early x-mas shopping on Amazon.

We've owned this thing for about 9 months now. I waited to write a review until I saw how well it lasted over time. It gets regular use for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, breakfast sausages, smash burgers and basically anything we could cook on our Blackstone but choose not to when we don't want to deal with inclement weather or don't need all that extra space. It has maintained its non-stick coating and hasn't peeled or flaked (even though I know the kids are using metal utensils on it when I'm not looking). It has two corners opposite each other that are formed into pouring spouts for liquids which comes in handy when you are doing things like searing a steak in melted butter and then want to pour the butter back onto the steak for serving. The manufacturer says it is dishwasher safe, but the manufacturer also doesn't recommend it, so we've only used the soft side of a double sided sponge and dish soap. We also haven't used it in the oven or broiler so I'm not sure how it would do there, but for the things that we have used it for it has been great.

This has seen a lot of use in our house for many applications (stovetop pancake breakfasts, pan pizza, or general roasting) and remains in good condition. Very practical and large size for either stovetop or oven.

Wow! This pan is beautiful, sturdy and very well made. Definitely worth the price. I have thrown out two pans that warped. Best to have good quality cookware.

Love this griddle. It covers two burners on our stove top and makes for easy cooking - pancakes are so easy, home fries are perfect, burgers, etc.Great value.

This is the 3rd All-Clad double burner griddle we’ve purchased because of the great build and nonstick quality. (We gave away 1 as a gift.) A couple of years after buying the first All-Clad griddle, we found a deal on a different major-brand double burner griddle that we purchased for side-by-side use when company came over. After about 12 years that other major-brand griddle is no longer useable because everything now sticks to it, but the All-Clad still works great. Another thing we really like about the All-Clad is how the handles are perpendicular to the griddle, so they don’t make the space requirement longer for the griddle.. The other brand’s handles protrude at an angle from the griddle, which can make it very difficult to position the griddle where you need it over the burners on some stove tops.

I know... aluminum is bad for us. I tried sooo many different kinds of griddles but none cook pancakes as perfect as this one so I keep going back to it. Been using this pan for 22 years, we're on our 3rd one. As time goes on, the surface does get old and sometimes scratched. but it's really good quality. 3 in 20 years isn't bad. Used to be more expensive, too.

The specs state “smooth surface induction” compatible. This was not my experience.I believe the metal is not conductive, but more than that, the shape of the underside means that the outside grease channels are the only parts that would touch the surface.Also the specs say not oven compatible, this is also not accurate. It is oven compatible up to something like 450F

Pros- Make multiple things at the same time , 2 to 3 pan cakes depending on size , two eggs, a big large omlette!- Sturdy , easy to clean and looks good.No real cons, but if it was an inch smaller it would fit out Kitchen aid perfectly! Right now its a very tight balancing act.
