Needed to replace cracked pick-up rings on an esp horizon. Was shocked at the lack of 7string pickup selection so I'm glad these were available. Decent fit and quality. Comparable to the stock rings

I made the mistake of purchasing these, thinking that these would fit my old LTD M207. Which, technically they did, but I was removing the stock Duncans and throwing in a set of EMGs. Stoopid me, not thinking that the form factor of the pickups would be much different. Welp, they were. The rings from Allparts (which as an aside, isn't it crazy how few manufacturers of 7 string pickup rings there are???) simply wouldn't go over the metal casing on my pickups. I found it odd that they wouldn't since I threw EMGs into other guitars (albeit, 6 strings) and had literally no issues using their stock rings. After looking into my situation more, I decided to try to sand/rasp the inner dimensions of the pickup rings to make it slightly broader and wider. After showering myself in little plastic bits and realizing that I had not only made the rings ugly, but they still didn't fit the pickups. Frustrated, I put these on my parts shelf in case I ever get another 7 string and need a set that the screw holes are not destroyed. They're ugly now, but in one piece.Moral of the story, check your pickup's dimensions against the drawings for the rings. I wound up having to buy direct from EMG, which the price at that point was comparable to the price charged on AZ.

These are NOT made of metal like it said in add.tgese are just plastic but good 7 string rings.

Hard to get too technical here, since they're just pickup rings, but they look great, lined up perfectly and were delivered quickly. Good stuff.
