I had to combine the original pieces from my HP Laser Jet Pro 400 with these, swap the original guide rollers and use the rubber from the main pickup roller on the original part then grind down the length of the long roller to match the original. Once I did that it fixed the problem of my printer not picking up paper... Not what I would expect nor what most people would have the tools to do.
