The pan is great. The pickup tube on the other hand is a disaster. The mounting bracket welds were cold lapped and it came off right out of the box. I figure I could align the bracket with the welds and weld it back on so I did.So then when installing it, the bracket conflicted with the engine splash pan. I polished a little bit of the bracket off and it now fits, however, the sump is 3/8 inches below the bottom of the pan.I' going to stop there. I did not contact the manufacture because I'm too far into it now. What I received is requiring a lot of extra work on my part.

Ordered an oil pan off the internet, from a reputable company and it didn't fit. I ordered this one, but was a bit worried because it was a lot cheaper. When I recieved it, it was way better looking then the one I previously ordered. Everything fit with no issues. Highly recommend this pan if you're looking for an F-body style pan.

Oil pickup tube fit perfectly. Pan is high quality! Will update review when LS engine is installed in car for crossmember clearance on 79 trans am.

Pan works and fit great, I had a problem with low oil pressure from the oil pump O ring that came with the kit so I had to drop the pan again (could have been user error). I installed a Mahle- B32790 and fixed the issue. You will need a different oil filter because the filter adapter has different threads than the factory LS filter, I used WIX- WL10255

Putting this on a 6.0l lq4. Machined surfaces look nice and pan overall looks good. Comes with all fasteners and the pan gasket. Gasket came damaged, slightly bent but still usable.

I bought the gm performance pan before this one and a it didnt come with dip stick tube and dipstick and it doesn't come with windage tray and thay do not sell one I assume you have to use the oem one from the engine

So I like the pan it's a good knock off. I installed a Holley baffle and the included pickup tube with the pan touches that so I had to clearance. Doesn't use the same gm oil filter which sucks but overall a good money saver I guess

So this is basically a knock off holley. From what I can tell. Same quality. Perfect fitment. All new bolts and pick up tube of course. O ring sealed well. Looks real good. Usually you only need this when LS swapping any vehicle with a high cross member so needing a shallow oil pan such as this one helps with clearance. Mainly chevy obs trucks full size and s10 series this will fit them all.

Despite what I’ve read about fitment issues and people having to send back anything but Holley pans etc etc I thought I’d give this one a shot as it had a few positive reviews already. Out of the box the piece looks good, no porosity in the casting, a straight edge across the flange shows it is a nice flat machined surface, no burrs on the oil filter threading etc. Fitment was almost perfect, I used a large clamp to put the slightest squeeze on the pan. And heated it up with a heat gun once bolted for about 10 min until it was hot. After cooling I took it off to inspect and now all the holes were perfectly aligned. The pickup tube required no modifications, and the windage tray also required no modifications. Well worth the savings over a Holley pan for simple/easy tweaks anyone should be able to do.
