Purchased this to replace a damaged rope on my MinnKota DH40. This rope came with an eyelet to attach the anchor to. Easy to install and not as stiff as the original. I would recommend this replacement rope over the original. With the original MinnKota you have to replacee the entire spool which is a real pain. Installing just the rope took minutes and was so easy.

easy to install and is identical to the line I replaced, (old line was starting to rot form the sun, crumbling). would recommend!

The eyelet broke on me right away, lucky I tested it on land otherwise I would have lost a $100 plus anchor buyer beware.

This is my second replacement. The rope is very durable. The first one lasted about five years. Highly recommend.

Much thinner gage than I was expecting. The line is thiner than a pen, aside from the anchor attachment end that is about the thickness of a pen. That is the reason for 4 stars. I am used to anchor line being much thicker. Should do what it need to though. Over all seems to be decided quality. I haven’t decided whether I will use the supplied metal shackle that comes with it. I am concerned about it becoming unscrewed with the tide. If I do use it I will probably put some Loctite on it. But I will probably just not use it and do a slipknot using the Metal loop thing (not sure the actual name for this peace).
