This provides a non slip, vibration damping layer between our exercise equipment and our unfinished concrete floor. This is our second mat. We have one for the elliptical and one for our treadmill. I will buy more as the gym expands.

These are perfect for my garage gym. Tough enough to hold my power rack, but just soft enough to not hurt when I knee on them. Superficial, but they come in different colors so I can match my equipment.

I was super excited to see this at my door today! There was a slight mix up with delivery but I still ended up receiving it before I thought I would so I’m happy. It unrolled super easily and didn’t curl like some mats do. It fits the area perfectly and I am extremely excited to use it during my next workout
