This is a really great frame! The clips system is well done and reliable. Comes with the oicture miunting wall inserts as well. The cover sheet on BOTH SIDES of the clear sheet made sure the picture shield was protected during shipment and assures a completely dust free shield at install of your picture. Pleasantly surprised!

Lightweight and the clear peice is acrylic. Only negative is the back is inset about 1 inch. Made it a lil challenging to get the hanger to hook into the nail but once it caught it hung perfectly. Love the frame, it is smooth finish and black. I prefer the modern look of not have wood grain on the black frame. Great value for the money, already purchased a 2nd one. Great for doing a group of pictures on the wall. A positive to the frame size is that it can stand up on its own if you are placing on a shelf, no leaning required.

Save your money and find something else. This thing is garbage. The corners are barely held together with just a couple staples and all four are pretty badly lined up, and the method for attaching the back panel that holds the artwork in is a zillion tiny little metal tabs which, you get the sense, will break if they're folded/unfolded more than like three times. The tool that is provided for manipulating these little tabs is incredibly flimsy and bends immediately.Just a really frustrating product that I'd encourage everyone to stay away from.

These frames are good for a poster or one size lightweight picture, however I don’t recommend sizing up with the matting, it is way too thin and there’s nothing to hold it down. You will need to use tape which I wouldn’t recommend for a nicer picture.

Terrible! Of the three frames we bought, two had black finger prints all over the white matte and black scratches on the clear film protecting the poster. We used new, white cotton gloves when handling the frames and posters so we know it wasn't on us. Clearly the people handling them in the factory didn't think to use gloves as well. The back clips holding the poster in place also broke immediately. Very disappointed. It's also impossible to hand because the frame is deeper then the claw hooks at the back.

I've bought 4 of the Americanflat frames to display my granddaughters artwork, she works mostly in 19x24 stock. Price is great, they are durable and attractive and make a 6 year old's paintings look awesome!

I bought this frame to put a cross stitching pattern in. At the price point, it's a decent deal. The front of the frame looks great and the glass is good quality. I took off a star because the backing is messed up: typically the hanging hardware is above the easel, but on the frame I got, it's not; it's to the side of the easel. It's not a huge deal, but because I'm giving it as a gift it's not ideal; I'd like my friend to be able to use it as a tabletop frame or a wall frame without having to rotate the backing.One reviewer posted a picture of their frame shipped in a box; this wasn't the case for me. My frame arrived in fitted pressed styrofoam. It was packed well, but because I need to ship this, now I need to find another box. (I didn't deduct any stars for this, as packaging continuously changes.)Overall, I'd buy another one of these frames. They not the absolute best quality, but they're good for the price point.
